August 14, 2021 Day 34

Only one new thing to report and I should have mentioned it a couple days ago. I have had a stiff/tense neck and shoulders/upper back area. It was worse today though. I think I wait until I think a symptom is painful or uncomfortable enough to report and that is kind of silly. So while my neck has been tense for a couple days now (we are in Sunriver and I haven't been sleeping well either) it was super noticeable last night. We floated down the river for a couple hours which was totally peaceful and relaxing, but I was worried paddling would make my shoulder hurt. It wasn't bad, and then I folded a load of clothes late that night and my arms were tired. Lol.


Breakfast - Scrambled Eggs

Lunch - Skinny Pop

Dinner - Broccoli, Cauliflower rice, left over chicken (I ate as much as I could but it wasn't a lot. I am motivated to get more veggies in to help my digestion though!)

Snack - Popcorn, Celery/PB
