August 16, 2021 Day 36

Kink is still present! Gah! Annoying little thing! It is better though! But still stiff! I feel like I had a minor stomach thing today too, I don't remember if my stomach was upset or if I felt bloated or what!?! It was this morning and you think I could remember just a handful of hours ago but I have since forgotten! Yikes! It did pass though so that was good. I also noticed that my hips were quite tight after work today but I did a couple lunge stretches and went on a short little bike ride and it already seems better, thankfully!

Breakfast - Eggs (in a cup! still no stove! haha) , Celery & PB, and soy milk

Lunch - Skipped

Snack - Peanut butter

Dinner - Edamame

Snack - Peanut butter
