August 6, 2021 Day 26
My energy wasn't yesterday. I had a revelation with a client as well! She was asking how my journey has gone so far and then inquired further about Patrick. She wanted to know more and so I shared with her basically our whole visit including the little part that he had so confidently told me that some allergy symptoms I was experiencing this year would be gone within 4-5 weeks. I HAD COMPLETELY forgotten about my allergies! Which is a great thing and also another reason I'm trying to write daily! Since I don't have one giant symptom to notice, it is these small things that disappear that may be easy for me to not notice when they are gone. Ever since I said that to her yesterday though, I have really been pretty darn excited to notice that I haven't had any allergies for who knows how long now. Before I'd step outside during a high allergy time, start working in my yard and be toast in 20 minutes from the crazy nasal drip! I'm pretty pumped about this!
Breakfast - Skipped
Lunch - Celery and peanut butter
Dinner - Salmon left overs with veggies
Snack - popcorn and I'm sure I had a smidge more celery and peanut butter
Total I am down 12 pounds now as well! Not a bad side effect! :) I hope it keeps dropping! (it would prob go faster if I could actually eat less peanut butter and more veggies though!)
