Day 4
I'm not sure if I'm being a bit of a baby or if the herbs are kicking in, but my legs hurt. Hip to ankle. I slept horrible last night. Tossed and turned all night. I had my little baby boy sleeping with me though so I was still relaxed and happy but just uncomfortable. It's times like this I wish I had a hot tub. A hot shower helped and I rubbed some fancy muscle cream on them this morning and they felt much better until this evening again. It's not awful but just uncomfortable. I take the herbs twice a day now. and realized last night I should be logging a little food diary here too so I can remember what I've eaten and better assess reactions as time goes on. Still no crazy hunger or cravings (of course real food sounds, smells and looks great!) but so far I'm doing ok in that department. We took our kids to the fair tonight - I watched them eat a tasty looking corn dog and Oreo milkshake - the rest wasn't appealing to me but both of those items sounded, looked, and smelled delicious. Instead today I had:
3 scrambled eggs for breakfast
Lunch I had cucumbers and celery with a Zevia soda (not bad by the way and approved because it has stevia in it)
Dinner: I made a concoction of celery, green olives, 1 hard boiled eggs, green onion, white onion, and a can of tuna and wrapped it up in big lettuce leaves. It was pretty darn tasty!
And that is that for day 4!
