Day 7

Alright - first note worthy bathroom trip! Finally - only a week later but..that's why I'm here right? I am up to two scoops of the herbs now in a small shot of hot water twice per day. I read that it's best to take on an empty stomach so I started doing it first thing in the morning and then a bit before dinner time.


I feel pretty good today but as the afternoon came about I'm either just super tired or I am just super relaxed. I skipped breakfast - just NOT hungry! But I had a nice big salad for lunch. Lettuce, sunflower seeds, cucumber, a hard boiled egg and chicken tenderloin with a homemade dressing that turned out so yum!


Dinner tonight is a repeat of last night. Mahi Mahi with browned butter and asparagus tonight instead of broccoli. I also messaged my friend that is about 7 months into the treatment to find out when she started any side effects started for her (I was feeling confident that I might sail through this) and she said weeks 3/4 got bad for her. I'm keeping a positive attitude though and staying strong. My legs still feel oddly weak at times, especially at night and climbing stairs. But overall I'm feeling normal.
