July 29, 2021 Day 18

Not much to report today! Off and on mild headaches, but it was HOT and we swam for about two hours and I didn't drink enough water. My energy was good today too. I'd get tired when I'd sit down. I'd lose my energy fairly quick, but I was able to get up and get going again. I have a mellow/house project weekend planned and a light work day tomorrow! Should be good!


Tomorrow I add in the Intra-Cell I herb. Anxious to see how that goes. They are already so hard to get down, I just grin and bear it!


Today's diet -

Breakfast - 2 scrambled eggs

Lunch - Celery and peanut butter and some edamame (the kids took over that)

Snack - Soy Milk and peanut butter blended with a few ice cubes - it wasn't as good as I had hoped, but it was better than nothing!

Dinner - Mahi Mahi on cedar plank boards with lemon, olive oil, salt & pepper and a fresh sprig of dill with sparkling lemon water, and roasted zucchini with garlic, olive oil and salt & pepper

Cheat snack - I had a couple handfuls of skinny pop while we all started a Marvel movie
