Tuesday 7/20/21 - DAY 9

Ok sooo apparently I need to put the date down now b/c once again I didn't blog last night! Whoops! I got into bed, realized it and yet was too lazy to go get my computer! I said to myself I'd catch up in the morning, then morning came and went! Yikes!


Only two things to report, maybe 3.


  1. I had cauliflower rice today with some butter and cilantro, it was really warm, comforting and tasty. I did have a tiny, short lived upset stomach after I ate this though.

  2. I've lost zero pounds so far this week

Here is what I ate yesterday -


Breakfast was two fried eggs (I just can't eat any more than 2 right now) with some broccoli. Lunch was cauliflower rice. For dinner I had a piece of grilled chicken tenderloin and some zucchini.


Patrick gave the thumbs up for cauliflower and cilantro, and the cauliflower (although it may upset my stomach), might be a nice comfort food to have around.
